Oyo ALGON Felicitates Olubadan At 93, Eulogizes Monarch Effort In State, National Develoment


The Association of Local Government of Nigeria (Oyo State ALGON)has eulogized the Olubadan Of Ibadan, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Saliu Adetunji, Aje Ogungunniso 1, on his role towards enhancing contemporary national discourse since ascending the throne.

In a statement by the spokesman of the association in Oyo state, the chairman of Ibadan North, Hon. Yusuff Sahib Oladayo (Agba Egbe), he praised the monarch for being consistent in supporting youth empowerment and national and state development.

Oyo ALGON described Olubadan as a versatile source of intervention in the nation’s contemporary challenges, saying the monarch is a critical partner of government on issues of governance and development.

“On this auspicious occasion of your birthday anniversary, we join your family, Ibadan indigenes, residents, friends, and well-wishers to thank Almighty God for your life, which has been marked by outstanding accomplishments and enduring contributions to national discourse.

You are a pride to the Royal Institution and Oyo state. We cannot thank you enough.
