The Special Adviser to Oyo State Governor On Local Government And Chieftaincy Matters; Hon. Adeniyi Adeyinka Kazim Bibire, Oyo State ALGON and the Federal Constituency Liaison Officers held a strategic meeting on Thursday 24th March, 2022 at the conference hall of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Oyo State Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan.
Excerpts of this quarterly meeting of the Special Adviser with the Federal Constituency Liaison Officers were made available to the press by Hon. Bibire shortly after the meeting.
Oyo ALGON were represented by the duo of ALGON Chairman; Hon. Sikiru Sanda (Lajue), Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government and ALGON PRO; Hon. Yussuf Sahib Oladayo (Agba Egbe), the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government in the quarterly meeting of the Special Adviser with the Liaison Officers of Oyo State Federal Constituency.
Issues of the welfare and robust development at the grassroot top matters of discuss at the meeting.
Achievable and measurable template for mutual relationship between the Executive Chairmen/ Chairpersons’ and other stakeholders at the seven zones in the State were formulated.
The aforementioned point was the central focus of the meeting in order to have a better synergy for effective representation at the grassroot with view of working with other stakeholder’s at the Federal Constituency level
In the spirit of a robust development at the grassroot across the seven zones in the State, Hon. Bibire met with the representatives of the Forum of Local Government Special Assistants on Friday 25th March, 2022 in his office.
Modality on integration of the LG special Assistants were discussed as a proactive measure for “A Robust Grassroot Development” as the pivotal focus of his Excellency, Eng. Seyi Makinde

Governor Seyi Makinde’s special adviser on local government And Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Adeniyi Adeyinka Kazim Bibire has met with members of Association of Local Government of Nigeria, ALGON, Oyo state chapter and all Federal Constituency Liaison Officers on the need to encourage a robust relationship between the all council chairmen and grassroots stakeholders.
Bibire’s meeting with Oyo ALGON and the Liasion Officers was held on Thursday 24th March, 2022, at the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Agodi Secretariat, Ibadan.
While briefing the press after the meeting, Bibire said, welfarism issues and robust development at the grassroot were the matters discussed at the meeting.
” At the meeting, we designed an achievable and measurable template for mutual relationship between the local government executive chairmen, chairpersons and other stakeholders at the seven zones in the State were formulated.
” The aforementioned point was the central focus of the meeting and this is done, in order to have a better synergy for effective representation at the grassroot with view of working with other stakeholder’s at the Federal Constituency level”. Bibire stated.
In addition, the special adviser on local government and chieftaincy matters, Hon. Bibire has also met with the representatives of the Forum of Local Government Special Assistants last Friday in his office.
