Makinde Campaign Youth Coordinator, Dikko Holds Youth Representatives Summit, Assures 500k Votes For Party

The Director General for Youth Mobilisation for Governor Seyi Makinde’s re-election bid, Hon. Dr. Salami Dikko held youth submit with all youth coordinators, five youths from each local government Area, and other stakeholders in the state.

Addressing the Youths at the popular Omi-tuntun house along Iwo-road, Hon. Dikko heaped on the need for all youth to speak on the various challenges, chances of PDP in their various local government, relationship of candidates, leaders and aspirants in each local governments, the mode of our youth to deliver the job ahead and possibly to proffer solutions in their various local government, adding that it will help focus on the areas to tackle before His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde (FNSE) kick-start the campaign.

“All our discussion will be tabled before His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde and I can assure you that all issues raised will be addressed”.

All Local Government Coordinators were chosen and random sampling were used to pick two youths from each Local Government to discuss about the agenda of the summit.

It was an interactive session that lasted for four to five hours where a lot of issues and suggested solutions were pin-pointed

The Director General Youth Mobilization for Governor Seyi Makinde’s re-election bid, after listening with keen interest from all coordinators, selected youth across the state addressed all points raised, and promised to deliver their messages to the Governor His Excellency Engr, Seyi Makinde, adding that he believes that the matter will be handled without delay and Hon. Dr. Dikko Salami also promised that the youth summit will hold across the geopolitical zones in the state.

“I understand many of us are not comfortable with the stand of the governor over our Presidential Candidate, he has always stand for us, what the G5 Governors are fighting for is to ensure that the party is solid, justice is served, fairness is given and can stand the test of time at the forthcoming general elections

Furthermore, Hon. Salami Dikko also promised that Youth Empowerment will be discussed with the Governor so as to give our teeming youths that zeal at the grassroots level and He also apologised to the entire aspirants that he is going to reach out to them soon and ensure maximum inclusion in the campaign structure of the Governor.

The over 300 youths present at the youth summit submitted their reiteration that they are going to deliver their polling units, wards, LGs and the state for Engr. Seyi Makinde (FNSE) and the entire candidates of the party, PDP.

Present at the youth submit were; Zonal Coordinators of Oyo South Senatorial District, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, Oyo North Senatorial District Hon. John Oke Legacy and Oyo Central Senatorial District, Egalitarian Lamosagacious, the entire 33 youth coordinators, Oyo North Senatorial aspirant, Hon. Stephen Ogundijo, Former Caretaker Chairman Oluyole LCDA, Hon. Laskas, Hon. Dikrullah Gbadegesin, Deacon Adegbite, Hon. Yetunde, Hon. Moyosoreoluwa Ijoba Authority, Bashorun Saintabey, Engr. Femi, Oluyole Youth Leader, Hon. Latinwo Adesola, Female Aspirant of Ona Ara, Hon. Lawal Jelilat Adeola, Hon. Moruf Moganna, Hon. Engr. Yemi Dada, Hon. Bode Alagbe, Hon. Gbolahan, Hon. Tosin, Hon. Olarewaju, Hon. Kabiru, Miss Waliyat, Hon. Bayshe, Hon. Adeola and the over 300 selected youths across the state.
