“No matter how old our aged loved ones are, we are never happy to lose them especially to the cold hands of death but we take absolute consolation in the will of Allah, the giver and taker of all breath.

“We, in the Oyo state chapter of of PDP are particularly saddened by the fact that the passing of our mama, Alhaja Nimotalah Alake Olayiwola, has created an everlasting vacuum and an irreplaceable space in the life of our very respected and dexterous state Chairman who we fondly call ‘alaga gomina’.

“The passing of Alhaja Nimotalah brought a mixed feeling of sadness and joy. We are sad because we couldn’t keep her with us for as long as we would desire but joyous in realizing that she lived a fulfilled life filled with fond memories, love, and compassion.

“The legacies mama left behind will certainly outlive many generations to come. And our thoughts and prayers are always with the deceased family as they muscle up the energy to defeat their own emotions during this fidau prayers which comes up today Friday 5th February 2021 at Government Technical College in Iseyin starting from 10am in the morning” The statement reads in part.
