………. As PDP Party Chair Urges Residents To Re-elect Council Chair

The people of Ido local government area have been called upon to reciprocate the good gesture of Hon. Sheriff Adeojo by trooping out en masse to re-elect him in the forthcoming election.

The call was made by the People Democratic Party chairman of Ido local government, Alhaji Ayuba Akinsola, during a day medical outreach organized by the local government in conjunction with the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN) Oyo state branch at the Ido local government secretariat.

Alhaji Ayuba commended the chairman for the laudable idea and appreciated those who availed themselves of the golden opportunity.

The party chairman stressed that the death rate will reduce tremendously if people give priority to their health.

In his address, the chairman of the Association of Community Pharmacists in Nigeria’s Oyo state branch, pharmacist Adebayo Gbadamosi, popularly known as Robakeye Pharmacy, said the program was organized as a way of giving back to the community and the friendship tie between them and Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo.

He admonished the people that the current economic crisis is for a while and will soon be a thing of the past.

He advised that regular medical check-ups can prevent sicknesses that can take a life if properly handled.

In their separate words of appreciation, Mrs Adeola Olalekan and Mr. Najimdeen Adeyemo, thanked the executive chairman of Ido, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, and the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria, Oyo State branch, for their benevolent act and urged the beneficiaries to take to the prescription in using the drugs given to them.
