My governor, you are a man who, by sheer providence, has excelled where most of his peers met the end of the road to their great dreams, it is a great honor to celebrate you on a special occasion like this.
“As you deservedly celebrate this glorious day, it is my prayer that Almighty God, who has richly prospered you and ordered your every step this past half century, will continue to bless you with good health and fulfillment in the many more years of worthy service ahead of you” Olopoeyan prayed.
