A motor accident involving a Toyota Hiace and Tipper had claimed the life of one person while another was seriously injured, westerndailynews.com reports.
The accident occurred around 9:30 am,
at Elewi Odo Ojo Expressway before the NNPC filling station in Ibadan.
According to our reporter, Akindele Alabi, who was at the scene of the accident, the accident involved a Toyota Hiace with Reg Nos: FMT510XG loaded with perishable goods and a Tipper.
According to an eye witness, it was said that the accident occurred due to the Tipper vehicle driving on one way.
It was reported that, the driver of the
Toyota Hiace died on the spot with the corpse deposited at Toun Hospital mortuary, while injured person was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical care.
