The Southwest leader of the New Nigerian People’s Party, Alhaji Adebisi Olopoeyan has confirmed his renewed friendship with Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde.
Olopoeyan made this known while speaking on Thursday on a radio interview program with ace political broadcaster, Isaac Brown on Fresh FM, Ibadan.
Former Oyo state PDP leader while confirming multiple pictures of himself and governor Makinde spreading on the internet since Wednesday said, both of them had reconciled before the election but made it known to the public during their meeting yesterday in Ibadan.
” We have reconciled, we will be doing things together henceforth.
“Indeed, some people are not happy about the move but that is left to them, we reconciled, and there’s nothing they can do about it.
Olopoeyan maintained that his robust relationship with Makinde has started again and that he is still a member and leader of NNPP in Oyo state and Southwest Nigeria.
