In a bid to complement the efforts of Oyo State government under the leadership of the Executive Governor of Oyo state, His Excellency Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde to restore the lost glory of education, the Caretaker Chairman of Akinyele SouthLocal Council Development Area Hon Ahmed Kazeem Adekunle has distributed chairs and desks to primary schools within the council jurisdiction.

While delivering his welcome address during the programme, Hon Kagara reiterated the commitment of his administration to provide conducive teaching and learning environment for primary schools in Akinyele South LCDA.
He further explained that all primary schools in the council area will be supplied with chairs and desks in batches.
The schools that benefitted from this batches are Elemono community pry sch, ST. John pry sch akinajo, Orita merin pry sch, IDC pry sch ajobo, community pry sch falao, Methodist pry sch idi iroko, community pry sch laniba, kajorepo community pry sch, Orogun community pry sch Orogun, ST. Peter pry sch Igbo Oloyin.
Special Assistant to governor Seyi Makinde on student’s Matters, Comrade Victor Olojede, Chief of Staff to the governor , Chief Bisi Ilaka represented by Prince Adebowale Falana, Pacesetter Transport Service General Manager, Hon. Wole Akinleye, SUBEB representatives, Mr J O Dairo and some Akinyele PDP leaders like : Baba Kunle Yusuff, Baba Sura and others registered their goodwill messages at the presentation of Chairs and Desks to public primary schools.
While responding on behalf of the benefitting schools Mr Akorede from community pry sch falao and Headmistress St john Pry Sch akinajo, Alaho and Mrs funso alao Headmistress Elemono community pry sch expressed gratitude to Hon Ahmed Kazeem Adekunle for considering their schools and pledged their support and cooperation to the present administration in Oyo State and Akinyele South LCDA.
Among dignitaries that graced thel occasion included the Chair Akorede LCDA Hon. Kazeem Laskas, The wife of the Chairman Mrs Kehinde Ahmed, Secretary to the LG Hon Seye Matonmi, caretaker members, party leaders, Acting Head of Local Government Administration Akinyele South LCDA Mrs Funsho Alao, Heads of Departments and a host of others.
