Dele Bajaj Foundation Empowers Over 500 Indigents In Ibarapa
Dele Bajaj Foundation (DBF) has empowered over 500 indigent people across all towns in Ibarapa area of Oyo State.
The empowerment program took place on Sunday, 2nd January, 2022, at Baptist High School Playing ground, Ayete, Ibarapa North Local Government Area.
Dele Bajaj Foundation (DBF) is a Non Profit and Non Governmental Organization founded by Mr. Usman Muhideen Bamidele (Olorunwa) with the aim of building a formidable society through youth empowerment and developing capacities of different forms.
DBF empowered the indigents with Sewing machines, Cash, Pepper Grounding Machines, Deep Freezers, Generators, Hair Dryers among others.
Speaking at the empowerment program, the Founder of Dele Bajaj Foundation admonished the beneficiaries to utilise judiciously the materials given to them and for the purpose it is meant for.he further retrates his commitment for development and clearly stated that the purpose of the program is not for Politics but the way of giving back to society that made him.
However, he appreciated the well-to-do individuals who graced the all-important occasion.
The empowerment program had in attendance, high-profile people of political class in the region and business Tycoon, including the CEO of Beedel Construction Company, Hon. Bukola, Hon. Seun Fakorede, Oyo State Commissioner for youth and sport, Hon. Afees Bolaji Repete, Hon. Saheed Aderonmu, Hon. Oore, Mr Usman Olawale Tecoma, GM BMU, Oyo South Senatorial Hopeful, Dr. Olusola Ayandele (Eruobodo), Alhaji Mutiu, Asiwaju onimaalu among others.
Among the traditional rulers who graced the occasion were the Asawo of Ayete land, HRM Oba Emmanuel Okeniyi (JP) and the Onidere of Idere land, HRM Oba Kingsley Onikola (JP), Olu of Igboora
While speaking at the program, one of the beneficiaries extended profound gratitude to Dele Bajaj Foundation for bringing succour to indigent people in the region, prayed to God to continue to uplift the founder of DBF, Mr. Uthman Muheedeen and his team.
