The candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Oyo South senatorial district, Akogun Sharafadeen Alli on Sunday congratulated the governorship candidate of the party, Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin on the occasion of his 59th birthday.
He acknowledged Folarin’s purposeful leadership, vision, courage and steadfastness in ensuring that Oyo state is rescued from misrule.
Alli in a statement he personally signed on Sunday morning prayed for good health and accomplishment of his dream to lead Oyo state as governor starting from May 29, 2023.
According to him, the three term senator and respected son of Ibadanland has over the years demonstrated qualities of a good leader not only among politicians but also in discharging his duties as Senator.
“On behalf of myself and the good people of Oyo South senatorial district, I am saying a big congratulations to my brother and our governorship candidate, Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin as he clocks 59 today. Folarin has demonstrated his purposeful leadership, vision, courage and steadfastness in ensuring that Oyo state is rescued from misrule.

You courageously rescued Nigeria in 2010 when we were at a crossroad shortly after the demise of the then president Umaru Yaradua. We need such courageous man to lead Oyo state.
