An Oyo APC chieftain and 2023 gubernatorial aspirant, Mogaji Engr. Olasunkanmi Joseph Tegbe has condoled with Soun of Ogbomosho, Oba Jimoh Ajagungbade, Senator representing Oyo North, Fatai Buhari, the Muslim community and all indigenes and residents of Ogbomoso and environs on the demise of the Chief Imam of Ogbomosho Alh Abdul-Yekeen Adegboyega Asafa Sanusi.
Tegbe, who described the death of the Islamic cleric as a huge loss to the Muslim Ummah, said the late Chief Imam has played his part well in the development of Ogbomoso and the growth of Islam.
“ My heartfelt condolence goes to the Soun of Ogbomosho land, Oba Jimoh Ajagungbade the senator representing Oyo North, Senator Fatai Buhari, the Muslim community and the all indigenes and residents of Ogbomoso and environs on the demise of the Chief Imam of Ogbomosho Alh Abdul-Yekeen Adegboyega Asafa Sanusi.
“ It is our believe that, Baba Imam, Alh Abdul-Yekeen Adegboyega Asafa Sanusi’s death is the will of Allah, he had returned to his creator, thank God he spent a fulfilled life” .
Mogaji Tegbe prayed to Allah to grant him Aljanah Firdaus and also grant the Muslim Ummah, the family of Chief Imam Sanusi and the entire Ogbomoso community the fortitude to bear the loss of the Islamic leader.
