Oyo ADC loses governorship aspirants to PDP as Ladoja loyalist trooping to ZLP daily
The Oyo State African Democratic Congress ( ADC ) had starts losing its heavy weight politicians to oppositions, as two of it governorship aspirants moves to join People Democratic Party ( PDP ).
The two recently defectors, Dr. Kola Balogun and Engr. Rauf Olaniyan are ADC gubernatorial aspirants but now out of the party when their political interests within the party can no longer be protected as the state leaders insists on the candidature of Senator Olufemi Lanleyin irrespective of the opposition from the other aspirants, opposing the selection of Lanleyin
From a reliable source, Engr Rauf Olaniyan will soon be announce as Engr. Seyi Makinde running mate in PDP while Chief Bayo Lawal name had been replaced with Dr Kola Balogun as PDP Oyo South senatorial District candidate.
Engr Rauf Olaniyan and Dr. Kola Balogun left ADC for PDP due to unreconcilable differences in ADC, westerndailynews also two that, larger percentage loyalists of ADC leader, Chief Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja are trooping out of ADC to join ZLP. Ladoja loyalist to have joined ZLP and sealed the party ticket includes : Engr Akeem Olatunji contesting for Oluyole Federal House of Representatives under ZLP, Hon. Adeyinka Adeniyi for Ibadan North Federal House of Representatives under ZLP, Semi Alao had also defected to ZLP. Yesterday, Asiwaju Adekola Adeoye traced his political foot steps back to PDP.
For now, High Chief Ladoja is yet to confirmed or denied his political relationship with ZLP but with his political handwriting on walls, his official declaration to join ZLP is soonest, as most of his political foot soldiers had already defected to ZLP and secured tickets.
