Hon Olaide Settle, the Chairman of Oluyole Local Government Area, has congratulated the State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on the occasion of his 100 days in office, as the Executive Governor of Oyo State for the second term.
In a press statement made available to pressmen in Ibadan, Settle described the governor as the most suitable man to steer the affairs of Oyo State at a time like this.
Hee noted that with his experience and success as governor between 2019 to 2023, it is not surprising he has taken firm administrative control of the State in just a hundred days as governor for second term.
Settle also expressed a genuine belief and conviction that with what the governor has done in just 100 days, he has displayed an uncommon signal that the Oyo state residents will enjoy the fruits of the more agenda till May 29, 2027.
Settle said when people take a good look at Makinde’s leadership style, projects initiated, his desire to unite the people of Oyo state, and speed at decision-making within the last 100 days, there is no doubt in his mind that Oyo state is the best hand.
”In just 100 days of his second term, he has proven the reason why he craves a second term, he is indeed the right man for the job.
“In just 100 days, Governor Seyi Makinde not only continued from where he stopped, but he also made sure his people were well provided for during the time of hardship caused by subsidy removal.
“Aside from attending to workers and pensioners, in his new 100 days, Makinde has put smiles on the faces of many families in this state at this critical time
“Within just 100 days, Oyo state residents have been rest assured that they did not make a mistake in voting en masse for governor Makinde at the just concluded gubernatorial election,” Settle stated.
