Ibadan Youths Urge CCII Registered Clubs To Vote Waheed Ekun As President General

Ibadan youth, under the aegis of, Youth Progressive Indigene has urged all financial and registered clubs under Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) to vote for Chief Waheed Ekun as President General at the coming CCII election, slated for 2nd of April, 2021 at Ibadan House, Ibadan Oyo state.

According to Aare Alao Olalekan, the spokesperson of the Ibadan youth association, he said voting for Chief Waheed Ekun as President General of Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII), will fit the purpose of creating development for Ibadanland.

Giving little citation of Chief Waheed Ekun, the group said :

“Waheed Ekun is a member of OAU Alumnus and a Grassroot per excellence with listening ear, he was Former Secretary General of CCII and his level of exposure across some international communities is something to talk about, his wealth of experience in both Health, Education and Social and Recreation affiliation is also a factor”

Also added few of Chief Ekun social profile, such as;

*President, Club UNIPRO of Nigeria

*General Secretary, Ibadan Solidarity Group.

*Vice President Ibadan Solidarity Group.

President Ibadan Solidarity Group.

*Chairman, Ibadan Week Festival.

* Chairman, National Association of Sports Professional, Oyo State Chapter. He has served in some sport organization but at home and in diaspora.

Ibadan Youth association said, vote for Chief Waheed Ekun is a vote for positive development of Ibadanland.
