Hon. Debo Ogundoyin, the youngest and promising state assembly honorable in the present 8th Oyo assembly on Friday 19th 2019, again put the smiles on the faces of the needy in his Ibarapa East state constituency in celebration of this year Easter.
The people of Eruwa and Lanlate are more than joyous as the son of their late icon Adeseun Ogundoyin gathered them inside Eruwa Town Hall at Isaba Eruwa to dole out gifts to widows, physically challenged, party members and people of his constituency.
In his address, Hon. Ogundoyin said, “Jesus Christ, throughout his lifetime, preached peace and love among the people, if we are to imbibe the teachings of Christ, then we must love one another, live in peace and learn to tolerate each other
. “I will also like to commend our people in Ibarapa East and Oyo state at large, for their support to the Peoples Democratic Party at the last elections, assuring them that government will be committed to improving the standard of living of the citizenry.
The Ibarapa born politician also urged Christians to do everything possible to emulate Christ in there daily lives.
Showing an appreciation, one of the beneficiaries of the Easter gifts of Hon. Debo Ogundoyin, Mama Ajike from Aborerin, Eruwa area said, It a privilege having a son like Hon. Debo Ogundoyin in Eruwa, Mama affirmed that Hon. Debo has already started to fill the vacuum left many years ago by his philanthropic father Chief Adeseun Ogundoyin
