The Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS Zacch Adelabu Adedeji, Governor Seyi Makinde’s Executive Assistant on Agribusiness Dr. Debo Akande, and other personalities have congratulated the former chief of staff to Oyo state governor, Chief Bisi Ilaka on the occasion of his birthday.
