Oyo Young Honourables Elect Arrives Abuja For Not Too Young To Run Conference

13 state honourables elect under the age 35 from Oyo State joined other young elected lawmakers across the country on Monday to attend a conference tagged ” The Convergence: Leadership, Power and Politics” at Congress Hall, Transcorp Hilton Abuja, organized by YIAGA AFRICA and Not Too Young To Run Movement.

The 2 days conference for Not Too Young To Run is having in attendance 300 young ( 18 – 35 years ) elected representatives, drawn from the Senate, House of Representatives and 35 House of Assembly across the country. There will be 15 speakers across different sectors including academia, government and the civil society.

From Oyo State, 13 newly Assembly elect and One Federal House of Assembly memeber are already in Abuja as at last night for the Leadership, Power and Politics Conference which will started today 7th May to 8the May 2019.
