Oyo State Deputy Speaker Paid #5M To ADC Leader For NASS Ticket

It has been revealed how the deputy speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Barr. AbdulWasi Musah paid 5 Millions Naira to Chief Koleoso and and 1.5 Million to Mr Ajibade, ADC leaders in Oke Ogun.

Hon. AbdulWasi Musah a lawyer turned politician from Oke Ogun reportedly having a tough time in his new party ADC after dumping All Progressive Congress ( APC ) as a result of clash of interests of his faction ( UNITY FORUM ) and state governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi.

Hon. AbdulWasi Musah went out of APC with Unity Forum to join African Democratic Party but having too much to bites with ex chairman of Saki West Dapo Popoola, a formidable politician from Saki West Local Government. It was reported that the deputy speaker had to spend more than budgeted to be the consensus candidate for ADC to represent Saki East/Saki Saki West federal constituency area of Oyo State

While Dapo Popoola who was said was the rightful owner of ADC Saki East/Saki Saki West ticket for Federal House of Representatives had already secured the ticket base on his popularity im Oke Ogun and loyalty to the party, things went other way when Barr. AbdulWasi Musah, Oyo State Deputy Speaker secured the hearts of some leaders in the constituency with money bags and made his way with the sole ticket of Federal House of Representative for Saki East/Saki Saki West.

With the latest development, Hon. Dapo Popoola is reportedly making moves to dump ADC for APC.
