Makinde’s Aide, Oyeleke Felicitates Oba Ghandi On Coronation, Commends Makinde’s Leadership, Support

The Special Adviser on Budget and Economic Planning to Governor Seyi Makinde, Hon. Simeon Adegbola Oyeleke has felicitated His Imperial Majesty, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III on his installation and coronation as the 21st Soun of Ogbomosoland.

Hon Oyeleke in a congratulatory message to the new Kabiyesi wished him a long, eventful and successful reign on the throne of his forebears.

” I wish to extend my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Kabiyesi Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III on the occasion of his coronation as our new Soun in Ogbomoso. The presentation of staff of office to Oba Ghandi by Governor Seyi Makinde was historic. May the reign of the new Kabiyesi be filled with joy, happiness and prosperity and may his dreams and visions for the socioeconomic development of Ogbomosoland become a reality.” Hon. Oyeleke prayed.

The Special Adviser on Budget and Economic Planning lauded Governor Seyi Makinde for approving the coronation of the new Soun, and for the support of Oyo State Government which led to the success of the coronation ceremony.

” It is noteworthy for me to commend His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde for the coronation of Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye Orumogege III. I will like to particularly acknowledge the leadership role played by Governor Seyi Makinde in the selection of the new Soun. His resolve to act in accordance with the wishes of sons and daughters of Ogbomoso is not only commendable but also exceptional. The all round support given to the coronation ceremony by the Oyo State Government led to its outstanding success. ” SA on Budget and Economic Planning said

The immediate past Oyo Assembly lawmaker used the medium to call on all indigenes of the ancient town home and abroad to rally round the new Oba for the development of Ogbomosoland.

While appealing to corporate organisations and captain of industries to work with the Kabiyesi for the upliftment of Ogbomosoland, Hon Oyeleke further urged all other traditional rulers in and around Ogbomoso to work in unison for the growth and development of the zone.
