Just In : Oyo Assembly Reinstates Suspended Caretaker Chairmen ( Check Names, LGs, LCDAs )
The Oyo state House of Assembly has reinstated the suspended 13 caretaker chairmen in the state, westerndailynews reports.
It will be recalled that, the lawmakers adopted the resolution proffered by the House Committee on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters which stated the indefinite suspension of the caretaker chairmen following the failure of the chairmen to meet up to 23rd of October, the deadline date giving to them to summit report on equipment in their custody after failure to show up at the first given date.
While lifting the suspension order, the Speaker Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Adebo Ogundoyin said the request was for the house to know the condition of equipment as many of roads in the council areas required grading.
Names of the reinstated caretaker chairmen, their local government and LCDA:
1. Hon. Olumuyiwa Ayobami – Akinyele East LCDA,
2. Hon. Saka Fasola – Ido LG
3. Hon. Olaide Popoola Oluyole LG
4. – Hon. Ibraheem Akintayo
Ibadan North East LG
5. Hon. Kazeem Gbadamosi – Lagelu West LCDA
6. Hon. Seun Oguntona Olunloyo Soro LCDA
7. Hon. Seun Adeyinka – Ogbomoso Central LCDA
8. Hon. Amusa Damilare Gideo – Ogbomoso South West LCDA
9. Hon. Sanda Sikiru Ajorosun LCDA
10. Hon. Okediji Daniel – Ibarapa North West LCDA,
11. Hon. Ojo Akintola – Itesiwaju Local Government
