Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde, has sworn in 33 newly elected local government chairmen.
The ceremony followed the declaration of winners in the local government elections held on Saturday, 28th of April with the ruling People Democratic Party (PDP) securing all the 33 chairmanship and 361 councillorship seats contested.
