Covid-19: Makinde Announces 3 New Case For Oyo, No Record With NCDC Hour After

Oyo state governor Seyi Makinde on Saturday announced additional three new cases of coronavirus in the state

Makinde made the announcement of additional corronavirus cases in the state during his Oyo State Covid-19 Task Force Update held on April 25, 2020 around 10:45pm but the figure was not included on the update of NCDC an hour later.

According to Makinde, at 10:45pm he said : ” The COVID-19 confirmation test for three suspected cases from the University College Hospital, Ibadan, came back POSITIVE, today. So, there are currently nine active cases in Oyo State.

Exactly 11:50pm, from NCDC update on tweeter,

87 new cases of #COVID19 have been reported;

33 in Lagos
18 in Borno
12 in Osun
9 in Katsina
4 in Kano
4 in Ekiti
3 in Edo
3 in Bauchi
1 in Imo

As at 11:55 pm 25th April there are 1182 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria.
