The Oyo State House of Assembly on Monday screened and confirmed Alhaji Siju Lawal as commissioner- nominee whose name was sent by governor Seyi Makinde.
The Assembly had last two weeks received Lawal name as commissioner nominee and revealed on the floor of the House.
Siju Lawal was nominated by governor Seyi Makinde to replace the sacked commissioner for Works and Transport, Prof. Rafael Afonja.
He had earlier resigned his appointment as board member of the Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency under Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde.
