Akinosun Celebrates The Life Of Late Olubadan, Says It’s A Fulfilled Life

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC in Oyo state, Dr Fola Akinosun has described the death of Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji, Aje ogunguniso 1 as shocking.

In a statement released in Ibadan, Dr Akinosun said the monarch during his short reign brought peace to the land which he said was pivotal to development.

Dr Akinosun said he was surprised to hear the shocking news of the passing away of the first class monarch who was full of life and energy.

The Korukoru,Yemetu Ibadan born politician sympathies with the Royal family of late Oba Adetunji, the Olubadan in council, sons and daughters of Ibadanland and Nigerians in general.

Akinosun sympathised with the President General of the central council of  Ibadan indigens  (CCII), Price Bisi Adeaga,  and the entire members of executive of CCII , members of the several clubs , associations and societies that formed the central council as well as every  ordinary citizen and well wisher of our departed kabiyesi and family.

However, Fola Akinosun enjoined everyone to take heart and rejoice,  stating that God who created us in His infinite mercy can never be wicked to us by creating death. He said death is just the way to take us back to the bosom of God irespective of status or position.

The educationist and philanthropist said the impact of the late monarch in the entertainment industry cannot be easily forgotten.

Dr Akinosun said Oba Adetunji ogunguniso 1, would be missed for his uprightness and father roles at ensuring peace and development of Ibadan..
