An Oyo People’s Democratic Party gubernatorial aspirant Engr. Mogaji Popoola Olukayode Joshua POJ has congratulated the new Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Olalekan Balogun Ali as he took the staff of office, urged Ibadanland sons and daughters to support the new King.
POJ, who is also a Mogaji in Ibadanland rejoiced with with the newly installed Olubadan Of Ibadanland, Oba Mohood Olalekan Ishola Balogun Alli, said the God gave the monarch uncommon grace privilege to ascend the throne of his forefathers after 36 years on queue.
Engr. Mogaji Popoola while describing the new Olubadan, he affirmed that he’s not only intellectually sound, but widely exposed as he has travelled round the world.
” I have no doubt that all these experiences Kabiesi have would be of great benefits to Ibadanland. As a son of Ibadanland, I am optimistic in rapid growth and development in Ibadanland during his reign as Olubadan.
” Everyone is proud of you just as much as you’re also proud of yourself. Shine on. Congratulations on your attainment of this new role after years of waiting. May Almighty God guide you aright Kabiesi”, POJ stated.
POJ also called on the sons and daughters of Ibadanland, home and abroad to cooperate with the new king and support his good programme for the betterment of Ibadanland.
