Àdeojo Inaugurates Ido LG Legislative Arm, Urges Counselors To Demonstrate High Sense Of Maturity
The executive chairman of Ido local government, Hon Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo has sworn in the recently elected counselors in Ido local government.
Adeojo inaugurated the 12 elected council legislative members at council headquarters in Ido local government.
In his speech, Adeojo advised councilors to demonstrate a high sense of maturity and understanding among themselves.
He equally enjoined the councilors to constantly remember that they are called to fulfill a mission and raise the development of the local government.
Hon. Sheriff Adeojo cleared the air on the speculation on the selection of the principal officers of the legislative house.
According to the chairman, he said, “I want to openly tell the councilors that either myself or the party chairman is not interested in the distribution of legislative house principal officers”
Responding on behalf of the councilors, Omotosho Rafiu thanks the chairman, party stalwarts, and well-wishers for standing with them to make the ceremony a memorable one.
