Adeojo Congratulates Gov. Makinde On ‘2023 Governor Of The Year’ Award, Commends Leadership Newspaper
The Executive Chairman of Ido local government area of Oyo state, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, has joined teeming Nigerians to congratulate Governor Seyi Makinde after receiving the 2023 Governor’s LEADERSHIP Award.
The LEADERSHIP 2023 Conference and Awards were held today, Tuesday, March 5, at the Transcorp Hilton Hotels, Abuja.
Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde, alongside Benue State governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia; Umar Dikko Radda of Katsina State; Muhammed Umar Bago of Niger State emerged as LEADERSHIP Governors of the Year 2023.
Adeojo, while acknowledging the organizer of the award for unbiaised selection, said Governor Makinde was chosen based on his exceptional achievements and ability to govern his state successfully as well as his leadership style.
“On behalf of Ido local government, I congratulate our dear governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde on his emergence as LEADERSHIP Governor of the Year 2023.
“Governor Makinde is unarguably exceptional, an accomplished political leader and administrator with a remarkable track record in private sector and governance.
“This award is not only a further confirmation of his remarkable leadership qualities but also a call not to relent in offering more service to humanity. It will unarguably continue to challenge him and ensure that he does his very best in the delivery of good governance for the people of Oyo state,” Adeojo stated.
