Ido Ani Bank Robbery : Oyo PDP Pays Condolence Visit To Ona Ara Party Chair Over Loss Of Son
The Oyo State People’s Democratic Party under the chairmanship of Alh Kunmi Mustapha and leadership of the new governor elect, Engr. Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde, State Working Committee and PDP family in Oyo State had paid a condolence to the family of
Comrade Soba Bakare, the party chairman of Ona-Ara Local Government on the demise of his son who was killed by armed robbers during a bank robbery inside First Bank branch of Ido Ani in Ondo State.
During the visits, Alh Kunmi Mustapha described the incidence as sad, shocking and very painful.
” It is believed that the Almighty God knows the best and understands the circumstances surrounding the young man’s sudden departure from us and we pray to God, to give his family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. May his soul rest in perfect peace” . He added.
The young Bakare was until his death the Ido Ani Branch Manager of First Bank plc, he was survived by parents, wife and children.
The PDP delegation was led by the State party Chairman, Alh Kunmi Mustapha, and in the entourage was the State Secretary, Alh Wasiu Adeleke, State Women Leader, Alhaja Wulemot Ibitoye, State Financial Secretary, Mr Arinola Akeem and the State Publicity Secretary, Engr Akeem Olatunji.
