Governor Makinde on Tuesday evening during his state Covid-19 task force update for May 12th, 2020 has announced additional two cases of coronavirus in the state.
Makinde who revealed information about the two news case said three of the active cases have been discharged after tested positive twice.
” Three confirmed COVID-19 patients have received their second NEGATIVE test results and have been discharged. This brings the number of discharged cases in Oyo State to seventeen.
” Also, the COVID-19 confirmation tests for two suspected cases came back POSITIVE. One case in Ibadan North and one case in Ibadan North West. So, the total number of confirmed cases in Oyo State as at 8 PM today, is sixty-seven.
