According to information released by the Independent National Electoral Commission, it revealed that a total of 2,176,352 million Oyo State voters have collected Permanent Voter Cards for the General Elections as at February 2nd, 2019.
The data shows, 2,934,107 eligible voters registered for Permanent Voter Cards in the state, wherein the total number of 758,755 Permanent Voter Cards are uncollected by registered voters.
The number of PVCs collected represents 74.
