Political And Social Realities In Nigeria: President Tinubu Should Beware Of The Dangers Ahead | Ifa Destiny

Dear Mr. President,
His Excellency,
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu

I write this petition with a heavy heart, disappointment, frustration, and concern for the masses. My focus is for the future of our beloved nation, Nigeria, and concern for the welfare of the common man who has been battered by the storms of economic hardship, and insecurity.

Your administration’s actions have left me bewildered, wondering if you truly understand the pain faced by everyone. The very people who worked tirelessly for your victory in 2023 now feel abandoned, betrayed, and disenchanted. The opposition, your once sworn enemies, now bask in the glory of appointments and relevance, while your loyalists are left to wander in the wilderness.

In Oyo State, the opposition has been empowered, while party faithful are left to pick up the crumbs. The very architects of your victory – have been cast aside like used tissue paper. The common man, who sacrificed everything despite the hardships of the Buhari era, has been rewarded with more hardship. The witch-hunt of Better Edu and other initiatives has left many disillusioned.

Your inactive and unproductive ministers and appointees have failed to deliver. The economy is in shambles, and the people are suffering. Insecurity ravages the land, and your administration seems clueless. The clock is ticking, Mr. President, and 2027 is not far away.

I ask you, Mr. President:

– What have you done for the common man who voted for you?
– What have you done for the party faithful who worked tirelessly for your victory?
– What have you done to address the economic crisis and insecurity that threatens our very existence?

Your actions have consequences, Mr. President. The people will not forget. The people will not forgive. Regrouping and realignment are already underway. It will not be business as usual in 2027.

I urge you, Mr. President, to:

1. Reward loyalty and hard work within your party.
2. Address the economic crisis and alleviate the suffering of the common man.
3. Hold your appointees accountable for their actions.
4. Revisit your policies and initiatives to ensure they benefit the people.

Failure to address these concerns will have severe consequences. People will rise up, and your administration will be remembered for its shortcomings.

I remain committed to advocating for good governance and the success of the APC. But I will not stand idly by while our nation burns.

Sincerely,

Opayemi Nathaniel Kayode (Ifa Destiny)
