Oyo PDP Members React As Dino Melaye Drags Gov. Makinde On Social Media Over Leaked Whatsapp Voice Notes
Some members of the Oyo chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, have reacted to Senator Dino Melaye’s decision to spread the leaked Whatsapp Voice Notes which was used to criticize the political leadership style of Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde.
Members of a group Whatsapp named “Seyi/Halleluyah Group, Oke-Ogun” in the group on Monday evening opened a discussion on what will be the effect of the party in Oyo state not supporting its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubarkar.
During the discussion, most members of the group who are from Oke-zone believed to be loyal to senator Hallelujah, a chieftain of the party in the state heavily criticized the state governor, Seyi Makinde for his leadership style, accused him of self-centeredness and nonchalant-attitude-to-party-members-in-the-said.
Most party members that contributed to the discussion in the Whatsapp group disassociated themselves from Seyi Makinde’s decision not to support the PDP presidential candidate.
PDP chieftain from Kogo state, Senator Dino Melaye who is also the Spokesperson of the Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organization few hours after the Whatsapp Voice Notes was leak went on his Facebook media page to display part of the recorded voices.
Meanwhile, after Melaye’s post, some PDP members in Oyo state started castigating him for his action.
