The Forum of Oyo State Local Government Chairmen has congratulated the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Ademola Ojo, popularly known as Ijaya, on his birthday anniversary.
In a statement issued on Friday and jointly signed by the
Forum’s Chairman, Hon. Sikiru Sanda, and Publicity Secretary, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, the council chairmen described Ojo as a dedicated leader, politician whose contributions to the development of Oyo State had continued to receive widespread recognition and appreciation.
The forum commended the commissioner’s leadership and contributions to governance, noting that his impact had been acknowledged across political and social circles in the state.
The chairmen particularly praised Ojo for his loyalty and unwavering support for the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, saying his commitment had contributed to strengthening the delivery of effective governance and development at the grassroots.
They described the commissioner as a dependable member of the administration whose experience and dedication had remained valuable to the smooth functioning of local government affairs across the state.
The forum wished Ojo continued good health, wisdom and strength, praying that he would be granted many more years of fruitful service to Oyo State and its people.
