Oyo Govt Begins CBT For Another 15,000 Qualified Job Applicants
The Computer Based Test, CBT, phase of the process for recruitment of about 900 civil servants into different cadres in the mainstream of Oyo state civil service has commenced in Ibadan.
Monitoring the conduct of the exercise alongside other members of the Commission, the Chairman of Oyo State Civil Service Commission, Alhaji Kamoru Aderibigbe expressed satisfaction with the state of facilities and supervisors at the CBT centre.
Security operatives were on ground to maintain law and order as the candidates took turns in batches for the screening test.
It would be recalled that the Governor Seyi Makinde led administration had in the year 2020 recruited 60 Environmental Health personnel, 692 Education Officers, and 30 state Counsel, while 19 officers were recently recruited for the Ministry of Lands.
In the course of the ongoing exercise, Education Officers, Environmental Health personnel, Social Welfare Officers among others numbering about 900 will be recruited into over 60 Cadres across MDAs in the Mainstream of the State Civil Service.
