The Ibadan Northeast, Southeast House of Representatives candidate of New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, Ibrahim Olanrewaju Ajiboye ” Omo Iya Eleja has urged the people of his constituency to vote for all candidates of NNPP on February 24th and March 11th general elections, adding that the party feels the pain of the people.
Omo Iya Eleja who spoke during his Ward-to-Ward campaign in Ibadan Northeast Local Government Area, yesterday, said when elected he will give the people better representation by ensuring that he brings federal government attention to the plight of constituents
While receiving a rousing welcome in the Wards visited, the NNPP candidate urged all the residents who have registered for PVC to get their Cards ready, as it is the only tool to change bad government and representatives.
According to him, ” The time is now, I am sure we are fully prepared for this election, if you have registered for PVC, made a transfer, or requested a new one after lost or damaged, kindly go to the INEC office now at Agugu ( Lagelu ), your card is with them, waiting for collection, with your PVC, you can vote for the candidates of your choice.
” Since there won’t be rigging and encouragement of thuggery in this election, so, everyone should come out and vote. When I am elected and got to the green chamber, I will make sure I fulfill all my election promises,” adding that the people of Ibadan Northeast and southeast would benefit greatly from an NNPP-led Government both at the Federal and State levels when voted.
He advises people with their Voter’s card to troop out on election day to cast their vote for NNPP as it is the only alternative party and solution to frequent complaints of the masses about the present government both in the state and nation.
He thereafter called on all NNPP faithful to follow the program dutifully, as the party is living no stone unturned in the task of delivering all her candidates in the forthcoming polls.
