Adamawa United will play the opening game against regional rivals Jigawa Golden Stars next Friday in an all northern clash.
The second game of the day will see Akwa Starlet take on returning side Warri Wolves in another one region tie.
The competition will round off on Sunday, the 15th of September when the winners of the first two matches take on each other in the grand finale.
The four teams have already been promoted to the top flight, the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL.
