The Senator Bukola Saraki- led Peoples Democratic Party National Reconciliation and Strategy Committee is currently locked in a closed- door meeting with governors elected on the party ’ s platform.
Also at the meeting are members of the Uche Secondus- led National Working Committee to forge a way forward for the party .
The meeting which is holding at the Sokoto State Governor ’s Lodge, Asokoro , Abuja , is expected to among other things, take stock of progress so far made in reconciling aggrieved members as well as ways of mediating in the internal disputes among some party leaders .
Governors at the meeting include Aminu Tambuwual ( Sokoto ) , Bello Matawalle ( Zamfara ) , Godwin Obaseki ( Edo ) , Bala Mohammed ( Bauchi ) , Ifeanyi Okowa ( Delta ) Seyi Makinde ( Oyo) , Samual Ortom ( Benue) and Ifeanyi Ugwanyi ( Enugu ) among others .
