Ido Residents Commend Adeojo Over Continuous Road Grading Project

 

Residents in Ido local government have described the continuous road grading by the council chairman, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo as a “game changer.

The residents, in separate reaction to the second phase of road grading embarked upon in ward eight of Ido local government, explained that the road project had significantly improved socio-economic activities in the council.

They said the road had improved their businesses and triggered enormous socio-economic activities and other developmental strides.

One of the residents, a community leader at Orobiyi Estate, Mr. Wahab Afeez, appreciates the chairman for honoring their request to bring the graders to his area in Ward Eight,
less than a month after the first grading in a nearby area within ward eight.

appreciated the kind gesture of Adeojo; yes, he is a reliable leader.

According to him, “Our roads are in deplorable conditions, which had been hindering the movement of the road users, even, many areas forced to be using the alternative road, but we are relieved now, our local government had come to our rescue

He equally extended his appreciation to the leader Bashir Adesiyan and the councillor representing ward eight, Hon. Oyepeju Kazeem Olawale for their efforts in quicking the request.

The second phase of the road grading will cover other community roads such as Ori-apata, M-Alao, and other adjoining roads aside from Akerele, Abala Olainukan, and other roads graded on December 19 during the phase one grading.
