Ex Iseyin Council Boss, Alaran Justifies Service Delivery As Essence Of Performance

The Ex Chairman, Iseyin Local Government, Area of Oyo State and Chieftain of All Progressives Congress(APC), Hon. Saheed Adejare Alaran has enjoined public officeholders to regard service delivery as the core panacea to good governance.

Iseyin-born politician and business mogul made this admonition on Friday, September 15 while speaking with newsmen, shortly after Governor Seyi Makinde and Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo commissioned Iseyin-Oyo Road and Iseyin Campus of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology(LAUTECH).

Hon Alaran maintained that embarking on tangible people’s people-oriented physical projects tailored towards addressing people’s yearning is the best approach to governance by public officeholders that will endear them to the mind of the governed.

He added, “These would no doubt make them accountable to the masses and the creator that will judge us on our return to HIM which is certain on the day of judgment”.

“A good performer becomes a reference point, personality endorser, and a fountain of knowledge to those willing to take a voyage in public service politically”.

“Governor Makinde by today’s historic commissioning has set a trailblazing example and raised the leadership bar for others to follow”.

” Iseyin people did not deserve less but we will remain very grateful to him for satisfying our unceasing appetite for the higher institution in Iseyin”, Hon. concluded
