COVID-19: Oyo Discharges 95 Patients
Ninety-Five persons have been discharged from isolation centre in Oyo following the second test of Covid-19 proving negative.
Governor Seyi Makinde made the disclosures while giving an update of the pandemic in the state.
” 95 confirmed COVID-19 cases have received their second NEGATIVE test results and have been discharged. This brings the number of discharged cases in Oyo State to 271.
” Also, the COVID-19 confirmation tests for thirty-five suspected cases came back POSITIVE. The cases are from Ido (7), Ibadan South West (5), Ibadan North (5), Ibadan North West (5) Oluyole (3), Ibadan North East (3), Ibadan South East (3), Egbeda (3) and Ogbomosho North (1) Local Government Areas. So, the total number of confirmed cases in Oyo State today is 469.

With the new discharged in Oyo state Covid-19 isolation centre, active cases in the state dropped to 193 with five dead.
