Chairmanship Ticket: Ogundiya Support Group Thanks Makinde, APM, Oke Ogun, Atisbo Stakeholders


The Sola Ogundiya Support Group, Tede has extended heartfelt appreciation to God, the Governor of Oyo state, Engr. Seyi Makinde, the Deputy Governor, Chief Bayo Lawal, the leadership of the Allied Peoples Movement, APM, and the good people of Atisbo Local Government following the consensus agreement on Hon. Sola Ige Ogundiya as the party’s Chairmanship Candidate for Atisbo.
Hon. Ogundiya is an experienced banker and grassroots politician whose years of service and mobilization cut across the five major zones of Oyo State, Oke Ogun, Ibarapa, Oyo, Ogbomoso and Ibadan.

His record of community engagement prior to his service as Political Head of Atisbo South LCDA, Ago Are.
His inclusive politics positioned him to provide purposeful leadership at the grassroots.
The Group also commended Governor Seyi Makinde for sustaining an administration that promotes inclusive governance and provides opportunities for credible leaders to emerge across Oyo State.

“We also appreciate the State, Local Government and Ward Executives of APM for the trust and mandate given to our candidate.

“This consensus is a collective victory for all party faithful, and we pledge to run an issue-based, peaceful and unifying campaign that will advance the ideals of APM.
The Group gave special recognition to all APM leaders in the Oke Ogun Region for their consistent support, mentorship and commitment to party’s growth.
“We particularly acknowledge Chief Adeniyi Farinto and Engr. Hamid Gbadamosi, Former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, and all Others for their exemplary leadership, fatherly guidance and dedication to building a strong APM structure in Oke Ogun and across the state.
“We also express our profound gratitude to the Honourable Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Hon. Ayobami Ojo, for their support for inclusive politics and grassroots development.
In Atisbo Local Government, we appreciate all party leaders and stakeholders including Alhaji Fatai Ojebisi, Elder Adebowale Adejumobi, Hon. Ismail Adedeji, Mrs. Nike Arewa, Hon. Ademola Agbarapo, and Hon. Muyiwa Bashir Alade, the incumbent Chairman of the Council, alongside many others whose contributions continue to strengthen APM in Atisbo.
