The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Oyo Governor Seyi Makinde
It dismissed the appeal of Chief Adebayo Adelabu and the All Progressive Congress (APC) against the March 9, 2019 victory of Makinde.
The seven-man panel led by Justice Mary Peter-Odili said the appeal lacked merit.
