The Forum of Oyo Local Government Chairmen has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the First Lady of Oyo State, Engr. Tamunominini Makinde, as she marks her birthday today, June 9.
In a statement issued by the Forum’s Public Relations Officer, Hon.
