BCOS Staff In Jubilation As Management Agrees To Pay Staff May Salary In Full After Dotun Oyelade’s Exit
Following the termination of appointments of political appointees in Oyo state which also included the immediate past Chairman, BCOS, Prince Dotun Oyelade, management of the corporation has agreed to pay its staff salary in full for the month of May.
Our correspondent gathered that a message was sent to members of the two cooperative societies assuring them that their May salary will be paid in full.
It was also reported that
several meetings were held by the cooperative societies with the leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, BCOS chapel and senior labour leaders in the corporation.
As at the time of filing this report, the management of the corporation had assured that May salary of its workers will be paid in full.
Meanwhile, the former Executive Chairman of the corporation, Dotun Oyelade may soon be dragged to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over financial irregularities during his time.
The political survival of Oyelade may be hanging in the balance if the petition is anything to go by, especially as Gov Makinde is on his way back to the Agodi government house.
