Ajimobi, A Tangible Asset Written Off When Needed Most – Hon. Sunday Omoyin

A former federal honourable that represented Ido/Ibarapa east federal constituency, honourable Sunday Adepoju popularly known as Omoyin has commiserated with the family of former Governor Abiola Ajimobi, the people of Oyo state and the nation large.

In his condolence message made available to journalists by his personal aide, Hon Atilola Silas on Saturday. He said, “the good people of Oyo state and Ibarapa will forever miss the legacies and indelible mark left behind by the former Governor.

According to the statement, he said, H.E. ABIOLA AJIMOBI. AN ASSET WRITTEN OFF. The progressive fold of Oyo State in particular and Nigeria in general have just lost an asset of which replacement may be difficult to find in many years. You left indelible marks in Oyo state and the story of modern Oyo state would not be completed without mentioning your name positively. Although you meant different things to different people but to us, Ajimobi was a tangible asset which was written off when he was most needed. We have no power to query God for He knows the best. We shall continue to talk of your good deeds when you had the opportunity to serve Oyo state.

The good people of Ibarapa land will continue to appreciate you for the autonomy of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic Eruwa and upgrading of College of Agric and Technology in Igboora.
I ,Hon Sunday Adepoju will always remember you for the good work you did with respect to Eruwa township roads which were neglected by the previous administrations.
Heavenly father will be the family you left behind.
