Alleged N50M Forex Fraud: Police Clear Breach Menders’ CEO, Mayowa Emmanuel Olukehinde

The police has given Mr Mayowa Emmanuel Olukehinde a clean slate in clearance reports upon completion of investigations with incontrovertible outcomes on the innocence of the Breach Menders’ CEO.

In a letter “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN” issued by the Nigerian Police on 9th September 2021 signed by ACP Anthony O. Okosun, Assistant Commissioner Of Police on behalf of the Commissioner of Police Special Fraud Unit, Ikoyi, Lagos, the police said, Mr Mayowa Emmanuel Olukehinde have no role in the alleged fraud crime.

In August 2020, Mayowa Emmanuel Olukehinde introduced the investors to forex trading on behalf of Afe Gbolahan with a promise to offer a 30% return on every investment, which gave Mayowa the confidence to begin to promote the investment opportunity to family, friends, and acquaintances, assuring them of the safety and profitability of their investments.

Unfortunately, the Forex business crashed, and Afe Gbolahan failed to fulfill his obligation to the Breach Menders CEO, which affected investors in the company.

The police had, however, arrested Mayowa Emmanuel Olukehinde, who was detained and investigated by special Fraud agents.

However, on the 9th September 2021, the police issued a letter that reads:
