Ex-federal lawmaker, Hon Saheed Akinade Fijabi has joined millions of sympathizers to mourn the death of Soun of Ogbomoso, Oba (Dr.) Oladunni Oyewumi Ajagungbade III CON, CFR, who died on Sunday morning at the age of 95.
The former lawmaker who expressed his heart-broken condolence in a release statement issued to Journalists in IBADAN said the news of death of Soun Ogbomoso, a respectable royal father in Oyo State and Nigeria was heart breaking, as it is a colossal loss not only to the people of Ogbomoso and Oyo state but Nigerian as a nation.
“We’re surely going to miss our enviable royal father for his unique commitment and dedication towards having peace and unity in diversity throughout his reigns”..
Fijabi thereafter prayed for the soul of the deceased monarch to rest in peace and that God should grant the royal family and entire people of Oyo State, fortitude to bear the great loss.
