In a notice signed by the Deputy Chairman of the party in the state, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, stakeholders were invited to attend the meeting at the Local Government Staff Training Hall, Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, located within the State Secretariat, Ibadan, by 7:00 p.m.
The invitation, issued on the directive of the state governor, did not explicitly state the agenda of the meeting. However, reliable sources close to the government revealed that the gathering is aimed at addressing the ongoing internal crisis within the party.
