The Oyo state House of Assembly on Wednesday evening approved another load request of Governor Seyi Makinde.
The state governor wrote the state assembly through the speaker, Rt. Hon. Debo Ogundoyin, requesting approval for a new N2b loan.
In his request letter to Oyo state House of Assembly, gov. Makinde said the loan if granted will be used to improve infrastructure in the state.
According to Makinde’s letter, it was stated that the loan will be obtained from Fidelity Bank at the rate of 20.5 percent interest, spread over 36 months.
